Ramsey joins the HR Redefined team with over 12+ years of experience in management and people work. As the principal and owner of Ramsey Murray Consulting LLC, she’s worked with a variety of non-profits to support performance management initiatives, team culture assessment and strategy, talent and recruitment, and development of org-wide equitable and inclusive policies and practice. Prior to venturing out on her own, she was at Teach For America from 2009 – 2018, most recently as the Deputy Chief of Staff for the national recruitment and admissions team. Ramsey has a BA in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently resides in Winston-Salem, NC with her husband and three children.
Kimberlee is a Talent Acquisition Consultant with 10 years experience. She specializes in streamlining and creating ease in the workflow, making the hiring process less tedious to clients, and building a pipeline of prospective hires. Kimberlee has developed an approach to talent sourcing that not only filters the pool of applicants down to those who are most qualified and mission aligned, but also leads to higher retention.
Over the past decade or so, Kimberlee has developed a specialization in education focused and mission-driven non-profit organizations. She brings her past experiences as a public school educator, and degrees in both education and organization studies to her work. Her academic and professional experience differentiate her in this space. Her reputation with clients and applicants alike speaks for itself.
Darlene is a Human Resources Partner with 20 years experience in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Leadership. She began her Human Resources journey in the Diversity and Change Management arena in a Fortune 500 company. She has transitioned to working with organizations in the Social / Non-Profit arena. She works with senior leaders and employees at all levels to improve workplace policies, processes and procedures. She partners with managers and individuals to enhance capabilities around employee engagement, performance management and performance improvement.
